At sp-oil, we believe that skincare should be pure, intentional, and uncompromising. Every bottle is produced in small batches, cold-pressed to preserve nutrients, and inspected with care before it leaves our studio. Our oils are personal, intimate products — and for this reason, all sales are final.
However, we stand behind the integrity of our craftsmanship and will always do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thespoilcollective.com.

After review, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Claims submitted after 7 days or without photographic proof may not be eligible for resolution.
Order Errors
If you received the wrong product or are missing an item, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will promptly correct the issue and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
We kindly ask that you review all product information and ingredients before purchasing to ensure suitability for your skin.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. If you do not see the refund after this period, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please email info@thespoilcollective.com immediately after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed.
Once your order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
