Shipping Policy

At sp-oil, each order is prepared with care to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition. Our oils are crafted in small batches, and we take the utmost care in packaging and dispatching your purchase so it reaches you safely and promptly.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details to follow your delivery.

Please note that during high-demand periods or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer as each order is handled with precision and attention.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
Delivery estimates:

 

  • Canada & USA: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days
     

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs, and carrier conditions. sp-oil cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once a parcel is in transit.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. In the rare event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery at info@thespoilcollective.com with your order number and photos of the package and contents. We will review each case individually to provide the best resolution.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. sp-oil cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
